Fansipan is the highest mountain in Indochina, at 3,143m. It is to be approved as one of the very few ecotourist spots of Vietnam, with about 2,024 floral varieties and 327 faunal species. This tour will help you reaching "the roof of Indochina"!

You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Hanoi railway station in time to board the 10 p.m. overnight sleeper to Lao Cai.
You’ll arrive in Lao Cai station the early morning, where you’ll be met and taken up into the mountains to Sapa. After breakfast, you’ll begin to ascend Fan Si Pan, climbing and hiking through sub-tropical forest and H’mong ethnic minority villages. Lunch will be served at 1,300m and dinner at about 1,650m. |

The ascent continues, and spectacular vistas of mountains open up as the tree cover thins. Lunch will be at 2,200m and dinner and overnight at 2,900m.
If all goes well, you should reach the summit of Mt. Fan Si Pan during the morning, and be able to stand on the roof of Vietnam. In the afternoon, after lunch, you’ll start the descent and spend the night at 2,900m.
Arriving in Sapa in the late afternoon, you will have a room for refresh and relax before your car arrives to take you back to Lao Cai Station to board the overnight sleeper to Hanoi. Tour ends. |
