In the morning, your guide will take you to the shop where your chef is waiting and introduce you the food course that you’ll cook on the next. You will then go to a local market to buy some fresh ingredients such as vegetable, meats or river fish then return to restaurant’s kitchen preparing yourself be the chef… Learn how to cook your favorite Khmer dish and discover the secrets of Cambodian cuisine!
After lunch in the class, your guide will take you to an orphanage centre where you’ll train how to be an Apasara dancer with good teacher and young Cambodian orphanage with other children from poor family surround village. Please be trust yourself and you’ll become a good dancer and touch this living life of art and culture.
You will finish your day by visiting the ‘Chantiers Ecoles - Les Artisans d'Angkor’ which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. After the tour, you will be dropped at your hotel. Tour ends.
