Thailand Honeymoon Vacation 12 Days

Day 1: Bangkok arrival (B, G)

Arriving in Bangkok, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. In the evening, you’ll dine while on a river cruise and spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok/Ayuthaya/Mekhala (B, L, D, G)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will travel to Ayuthaya. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the archaeological site of the once glorious capital destroyed by the Burmese. After lunch at a local restaurant, you’ll then travel to Bang-Pa-In by long-tail boat to explore the Summer Palace. Your guide will then drop you off Mekhala to board the overnight boat cruises down the Chao Phraya River to Wat Kai Tia for a candlelit dinner. Your overnight will be on board in an air-conditioned cabin.

Day 3: Mekhala/Cruise down to Bangkok (B, L, G)

After a breakfast on board, you’ll cruise down the river to Bangkok, passing spectacular views of the Grand Palace and the Temple of Dawn. You’ll arrive in Bangkok in the afternoon and spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 4: Bangkok/Chiang Mai/Doi Suthep – City Tours (B, L, G)

In the morning, you will take a short flight Chiang Mai. After that, you will drive west towards the famous Doi Suthep Mountain and embark on a walk leading us to Wat Prathat Temple near the summit. You will also visit Wat Phrasingh, Wat Chiang Man and Wat Chedi Luang. You’ll spend the night in Chiang Mai.

Day 5: Chiang Mai free (B)

Your time will be your own!

Day 6: Chiang Mai/Khum Lanna/Cooking & Herbal Classes (B, L, G)

In the morning, you will be picked up by local truck to a small charming town of Phrao (north of Chiang Mai). First, you will visit a local market and buy some ingredients for cooking lesson. Then, you will proceed to the Khum Lanna. After refreshments, we will start an experience with full Thai cooking lesson.

Afternoon, you will cycle to visit Aui Kham House, experiencing traditional curing and herbal medicine processing for local people by Aui Kham. Then, transfer back to Chiang Mai for overnight accommodation.

Day 7: Chiang Mai/Elephant Safari (B, L, G)

After breakfast, you’ll be met and transferred to Jungle Raft Elephant Camp in Mae for sightseeing and have 4 activities are waiting for you such as the elephants show, elephant riding, bamboo rafting and ox-cart riding. You will then visit Orchid Farm where many beautiful species of orchid can be seen. You’ll spend the night in Chiang Mai.

Day 8: Chiang Mai/Bangkok/Krabi (B, L, G)

Your time will be your own until your car arrives at the hotel to take you to the airport for your flight to Bangkok in good time to connect with the flight to Krabi. Upon arriving in Krabi, you’ll be met and taken to the hotel. You’ll spend the night in Krabi.

Day 9: Krabi to Day 11: Krabi free (B)

Your time will be your own!

Day 12: Krabi/Bangkok departure (B, G)

Your time will be your own until your car arrives at the hotel to take you to the airport in good time to connect with your departure flight. Tour ends.
