Romantic Getaway 9 Days

Day 1: Bangkok arrival (D, G)

Arriving in Bangkok, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. In the evening, you’ll dine while on a river cruise and spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 2: Grand Palace City Temples Canals (B, L, G)

Today, you will visit the Royal Grand Palace, the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, the Wat Pho. After that, you will take a long tail boat and cruise along the Chao Phraya River and observe the fantastic views of the local life. Along the way, you will visit the Wat Arun, the temple of Dawn. Lunch will be at a floating restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will have a visit to the Wat Traimit before driving back to the hotel. You will spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok/Damnoen Saduak/Bangkok (B, L, G)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will start a full day tour to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market which is situated 110 km west of Bangkok. You will get to visit Nakorn Pathom; the site of the highest Chedi in Thailand. A delicious lunch will be served at the picturesque Rose Garden country resort. Afterwards you will attend the Thai village show, which gives you an introduction into the local life of the Thai people. You will witness ordination into Thai life, monkshood, fingernail dance, Thai boxing, hill tribe dance, sword fighting, cockfighting, elephants at work and folk dancing. You will spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 4: Bangkok/Koh Chang (B, GP)

Free time until transferred to the airport for flight to Koh Chang. On arrival, you will be met and driven to your hotel. The rest of the day will be free. You will spend the night in Koh Chang.

Day 5: Koh Chang (B, G)

This morning, you will enjoy 2-hour luxury spa and massage, a relaxing restorative massage style with the essential Thai herbal oils to heighten the senses. This aromatic blend is applied through gentle kneading and rhythmic light strokes to create a feeling of complete relaxation for both the body and mind. The rest of the day will be free on the beach. You will spend the night in Koh Chang.

Day 6: Koh Chang Islands Tour (B, L, G)

Breakfast at hotel, you will take a speed boat to visit many islands surrounding Koh Chang. The tour will provide you the best experience of different white sand beaches. You will also enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the beautiful area which has wonderful colour of corals and fish. After lunch, you will have another snorkeling and return to the hotel by late afternoon. You will spend the night in the hotel.

Day 7: Koh Chang Elephant Riding (B, L, G)

After breakfast at hotel, you will have an elephant riding through the jungle. It will be more romantic for honeymooner than exploring Thailand’s spectacular jungle on the back of an elephant. You will also have a short trek in the jungle and will return to the hotel by late afternoon.

Day 8: Koh Chang free (B, G)

Your time will be free!

Day 9: Koh Chang/Bangkok departure (B, DP)

Free time until transferred to the airport for flight to Bangkok in good time to connect your departure flight. Tour ends.
